Deep ruby red color with purple shades. Intense nose notes of ripe red fruit and dried fruits (dates, figs, almonds), sweet spice with hints of vanilla, chocolate and licorice. On the palate it is sapid, round, creamy, with soft and structured tannins, long persistence, pronounced freshness.

Manual picking of selected grapes, followed by gentle decomposition and pressing, long maceration for at least 10 days at 24-26 ° C, and in steel vinifers with short and accurate manual replenishment alternating with delestage. After the vinification and the subsequent malolactic fermentation, the wine matures for 12 months in precious new 225 liter oak barrels, followed by a further period of 10 months refining, half of which are in steel silos and half in bottles.
First important and elaborate dishes (baked lasagna), grilled meat, fermented sausages, seasoned cheeses (pecorino, caciocavallo) hot and aromatic salami.
